We’d love to have you on our team!
We gratefully accept donations during business hours, Monday–Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM and Saturdays from 9 AM to 4 PM. Please bring items to the north door on the east side of our building (look for the door with the window). If you need assistance unloading, just let one of our volunteers know—we’re happy to help!

F.A.Q. & Policies
Do you accept returns?
At this time, all sales are final. We do not accept returns.
What if an item has no tag?
Items without tags or with altered tags cannot be sold. These items are returned to our production area for re-pricing and will be back on the sales floor the following day.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We gladly accept checks (with proper ID), Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover credit cards. Debit cards and cash are also accepted.
Are fitting rooms available?
Yes! Fitting rooms are available for your convenience. Please limit the number of garments to six or fewer at a time. You can hang any unwanted items on the rack provided in the fitting room area. Thank you for helping us keep things tidy!
Can I place items on hold?
We offer a 48-hour hold on all furniture purchases. If the item is not picked up within this time frame, it will be re-priced and returned to the sales floor.
Do you offer assistance loading?
Yes, our volunteers are happy to assist you with loading larger items. Just let us know if you need a hand!
Where should I bring donations?
Donations can be brought to the north door on the east side of our building (look for the door with the window). If you need help unloading, a volunteer will be available to assist.
How are my donations used?
Funds raised from donations directly support programs for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including Special Olympics athletes in the Hays, KS area.
